Showdown Party Band is a fresh new musical collective based in South West London bringing together individuals with years of musical experience to create a powerhouse act for parties, weddings, special occasions, corporate events.

With a versatile repertoire, ranging from commercial dance pop top 40 tunes all the way to rock n roll, disco and Motown and country, the band is fronted by Laura and Stevie who have fused their talent and experience to create a fun and engaging duo with unique cover renditions and powerful harmonies which they have extended now to a live party band.

The band has a modular lineup to suit the size and budget of any event. The core is female vocals, male vocals/guitar, sax, keys and drums and we offer additional live guitar, bass, singers and horns.

A bit about the core members...

Stevie is the director of Showdown. A singer guitarist and songwriter who has starred in West End shows and major touring musicals (Hairspray, Buddy, Million Dollar Quartet, Fiddler on the Roof); hosted and performed at some of the most prestigious and famous venues in London including the Savoy and Dorchester hotels and internationally. He has established himself as a top rated entertainer with his own acclaimed one man show which he performs around the world on 6 star cruise lines in all 7 continents, international resorts and for corporate events, parties and weddings.

Laura attended the prestigious BRIT School and has been working as a professional singer for ten years across the UK, USA, Europe and the Middle East. After six years in Dubai, she became one of the most established vocalists in the region with an impressive list of clients including Tiffany & Co., F1 Grand Prix and the Dubai World Cup, Dubai Jazz Festival as a support act for Alicia Keys, and Dubai Opera with the National Symphony Orchestra. Laura also worked as a resident singer at Cavalli Club and The Atlantis.

Jack is a contemporary jazz/funk-fusion saxophonist, composer and music producer from London, England. He is a graduate of the BRIT school of music and technology and earned a BA in jazz performance at the prestigious Berklee College Of Music in Boston. Jack regularly works as a touring and studio session musician and has worked with artists such as Murray Head, Che Lingo, Nadia Rose, Melle Brown, Young Native, Paris Cesvette, The DeadShots, Jungle Boy, Will Hutton (Sweetwood), Brendan Thomas-Meyer and Ernie Bird amongst others. Jack is set to release his own original music in 2021.

Will is a drummer and percussionist who has a degree in popular music performance at the British Institute of Modern Music (BIMM) where he was taught by the likes o Ralph Rolle (Chic), Yolanda Charles (Robbie Williams, Queen, Hans Zimmer)
